You need an internet connection to install and start the WordQ Chrome app. Once open you can keep using most features in WordQ, even if you temporarily lose your connection.

To use WordQ for Chrome, you need to be using the Google Chrome browser v86 or higher.

Third party cookies for WordQ’s secure hosting website, 1q4all.com, must be enabled for you to run and access WordQ for Chrome.

Did you accept all permissions when you installed WordQ for Chrome? If you didn’t, the WordQ Chrome app won’t be able to run as intended.

If you’re getting a message on your screen about pop-ups or pop-up blockers when you’re installing WordQ for Chrome, follow these steps:
Click the pop-up blocked icon, it’s square with a red x in the top right corner. You’ll find it on the right side of your Google search/address bar.
Click the button beside the option, “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from 1q4all.com.”
Click the “Done” button.
“Refresh” your Google Chrome browser. You do this by clicking the circular arrow icon, located directly to the left of your Google search/address bar.

If nothing happened when you allowed pop-ups for 1q4all.com, the secure hosting website for WordQ, try refreshing your Google Chrome browser. You do this by clicking the circular arrow icon, located directly to the left of your Google search/address bar.

1q4all is Quillsoft’s secure hosting website for the WordQ Chrome app. It is safe to allow all permissions for 1q4all to connect and work with your Google Account.

WordQ for Chrome is not yet supported for Microsoft Edge, and some features may not work or integrate as expected.

Once you’ve downloaded WordQ for Chrome, you need to install the app so that it’s easily accessible from your Google Account. For more information refer to the WordQ Chrome App Installation Instructions here.
